Shipping

We ship your orders with DPD  – International Tracked Parcels Service. Once we sent your order, we will e‑mail you a tracking number so you can follow the trace of the package on DPD website.

We sending cases to Europe and also to the UK and Ireland. DPD shipping usually takes for EU customers about 3-5 business days and for international shipping about 10 business days. Occasionally we have experienced a delay for international delivery while your order awaits customs clearance in your country.

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We will do our best to find the package, fix the problem, and keep you updated.

If upon order arrival you receive faulty / damaged product(s) (package) then do not accept delivery from the courier who will return it to us.
