Crossrock products undergo rigorous quality control before they are sent to our customers.

We will ship Crossrock products to the address you give us. We are not able to check out whether a provided address is your actual address or has typos. We are not able to check out whether the information is correct or giving us the wrong information of any kind.

We offer a 14-day return period (Money Back Guarantee) from the time that your items were received. In order to qualify for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them in with all of the original packaging (case, transport bag, polystyrene filling, keys, etc…). You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of your returned item and shipping costs are non-refundable .Once your return is approved, we’ll speedily process your refund, and you should see it back in your account within 5-10 days.

We protect our cases with Limited Non-Transferable Lifetime Warranty. At Crossrock we take pride in our manufacturing process. Therefore, our products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and manufacturing. However, this limited warranty does not cover wear and tear such as rips, tears, peels, rust and fading, issues arising from abuse or misuse of the product, damaged by rough handling during transport e.g airlines.

Any modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than Crossrock team will void the warranty.

We covering with this warranty only Cases bought directly from Crossrock Europe.
